Foundational Yoga Class

Foundational classes are gentle small classes suitable for beginners and those wishing to refresh. Explore the many benefits of yoga. You can expect slower sequences, breath and posture development and meditaiton.

Everyday Yoga Class

Everyday yoga is a class for all! Each class will be centered around a central theme as we explore the many facets of yoga postures, breath and meditation. Suitable for beginners through to intermediate, you can expect a more general class that provides options for you to choose your own practice.

About me

Hi I’m Rachael,

I have a background in Environmental Health Science, and have been doing yoga for over 20 years.

I have a passion for natural approaches to health and wellbeing.

My experience with health issues, and approaching perimenopause drove me to take an interest in the nervous system - and my 200H yoga teacher training in 2025. I will be adding yin yoga to that very soon!

I am passionate about creating an authentic, supportive and welcoming environment for people to explore yoga. In May 2026, I undertook my 50H yoga teacher training for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Body Image and am integrating these learnings into my class offerings.

I created Whole of Heart to help people take a moment to slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and improve flexibility and strength in a welcoming and accessible way. Creating space to step outside the current fast paced lifestyle - and help us better manage our every day.

Rachael at Whole of Heart understands the importance of physical, mental, and emotional centeredness. She is an amazing instructor and can cater to all levels of yoga (from beginners onwards).  She is able to provide alternate poses based on skills level and also able to accommodate and adjust to any injuries that you may have. When I leave her class, I feel refreshed inside and out!
